Dr Lisa Stampnitzy is a Lecturer at the University of Sheffield. Her principal research interests lie at the intersection of knowledge, violence, and power, with a particular focus on the production of popular and expert knowledge about war, terrorism, and human rights.
Dr Alex Rajinder Mason is deeply passionate about pursuing racial justice through the arts. His work mainly focuses on dismantling structural racism in higher education, and he completed a PhD on this topic in 2019. Alex is currently project manager for the University of Sheffield's Centre For Equity & Inclusion, working with artists, activists, researchers and community groups to develop anti-racist and liberatory approaches to partnership work. He is also a director for Dig Where You Stand, a racial justice organisation that uses arts in the archives to unearth untold stories about people of colour in South Yorkshire.
Muna is the founder of Tatreez Revival, an organisation dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich Palestinian embroidery tradition (Tatreez) while fostering creativity, cultural connection, and community.
