Natalie Bennett / Green Party

Natalie is a Member of the House of Lords for the Green Party. Natalie was leader of the Green Party from 2012-2016, and entered the House of Lords in 2019. She's a long-time advocate for a ban on driven grouse shooting, an indefensible, hugely damaging example of land use, having spoken at the second Hen Harrier Day at Edale in 2016 and many since. She put down the first parliamentary amendments for a Right to Roam in the Environment Bill (not Act) in 2021, and is seeking to make it at the centre of debate about "levelling up".
