Dr Stuart Astill is a Sheffield-based international expert on VfM. He has worked across a wide variety of projects in practice and as an academic at the LSE, Paris Sciences-Po and Sheffield University.

His consultancy experience covers the UN and World Bank, many areas of UK government and local and grassroots organisations.
