In partnership with Period Positive

Have you ever wondered what school would be like if periods weren’t taboo? Wish there were ways adults could catch up on that learning too? Come along to this exciting, hands-on conference where young people, parents, and teachers can workshop innovative activities from across the curriculum with local and global partners.

Teacher-activist Chella Quint was invited to launch her Period Positive Schools research right here at the Town Hall 10 years ago, and has supported pupils across the city and beyond to speak out against menstrual taboos, shape a new curriculum, and take the Period Positive Pledge ever since. A must-attend for anyone who wants to be part of this empowering movement! Let's make Sheffield the first Period Positive City!
