Nye Bevan’s vision for a National Health Service in a post-war Britain was revolutionary for its time. Although built with the support of people from the Commonwealth, the NHS was not built to support those of different races or ethnicities. 75 years later, the NHS are admitting the inequalities faced by racialised communities. Join us in conversation about what the SHSC NHS Foundation Trust is doing to address the experiences of racialised communities accessing mental health support in our city.
